Our Manufacturing Process Flow

Production begins with materials preparation, including solder paste setup for SMT assembly and component staging based on the production schedule. For SMT assemblies, solder paste is applied using precision stencil printing with automated inspection verifying paste deposits before proceeding. Components are then placed by our pick-and-place equipment, with placement programs optimized for both accuracy and efficiency. Following placement, assemblies proceed through reflow soldering in our nitrogen atmosphere ovens.
After SMT processing, assemblies requiring through-hole components proceed to the appropriate through-hole process—selective soldering for mixed-technology boards or wave soldering for through-hole dominant designs. Hand assembly addresses any components requiring manual installation, including odd-form devices, connectors, or components with special handling requirements.
Completed assemblies undergo inspection and testing appropriate for their requirements. AOI examines solder joints and component placement, X-ray inspection verifies hidden connections, and electrical testing confirms functionality. Assemblies meeting all requirements proceed to any additional operations such as conformal coating or mechanical assembly, then to packaging and shipment preparation.
